I just visited the Melissa, TX store and dealt with TWO extremely rude employees. I asked for $25.00 in gas on pump 6, the pump was never turned on because they were busy socializing. I then had to go back into the store and ask for the pump to be turned on, went outside to attempt to get gas and again nothing. I went back inside a third time and asked for a refund. The girl that I spoke too got rude and when I explained I had already been in multiple times, she then told me to stop talking and leave her alone. I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name and I also asked for the manager and she said she's the manager. I have never in my life dealt with such rude employees. I will be calling in on Monday to your office as well and I will also be calling that store and asking to speak with a manager. She got loud with me in front of other customers, it was highly unprofessional.
