I shopped at the Racetrack in Davenport Florida. I saw some Reeses that were on clearance due to being Holiday Reeses. The tag directly by them said 2.99 Buy One Get One free. When I went to cash out it rang up 4.19. I then advised the clerk and another staff member here about this. They told me the 2.99 marking was for a different product. I advised them it's not my job to price your retail items or place them appropriately. They told me that they wouldn't sell it to me for the price they had marked with kind of an attitude. After many years and thousands of dollars spent at Racetrac later I sadly have to make the decision to no longer be a customer. Horrible customer complaint resolution and the attitude was definitely unnecessary. Guess they are such A large Corporation now that they no longer care about how they treat their customers.

Horrible location! I will not recommend anyone to stop here to purchase gas or anything at all for that matter. The supervisor dallas for the 2nd shift and the clerk kenneth was extremely rude and disrespectful! They called me out of my name and used racial slurs against myself and my partner! I have never been so disrespected by a worker in all my life! They saw me waiting and did not assist me based upon my appearance. I made a comment about being helped and they started to talk rudely to us. They commented that they thought I was a homeless person, asking for help and that was why they did not help me. Highly disturbing that they would dare to judge me! We were simply waiting to purchase a tobacco product. I will be reporting them to corporate as soon as tomorrow and I will tell every person I know not to ever visit this location and support this business location!
