Complaint. On March 15,2022, I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and dishwasher from Lowes in Lindale, TX 75771. I discussed in length with the salesman, Jason Gronau, that we needed old appliances picked up and new ones installed. We even reviewed everything at the end of the purchase. He said everything was taken care of and both appliances would be delivered and installed the same day. The refrigerator was delivered and installed on approximately March 22, 2022, the dishwasher was not delivered. On March 31, 2022, today, the dishwasher was delivered and the delivery person said they did not show installation, but, we were charged for pick-up of the old appliance. I contacted Lowes in an attempt to speak to the salesman or to complain and was hung up on twice. I finally did get thru to an appliance rep who advised I would be charged an additional $223.62 to have someone install and haul off the old one, however, there wasn't any way to tell me when. I consider $3400 a significant purchase and I have a witness that we reviewed pick-up and installation at least 3 times. How can you have someone that incompetent or someone that just doesn't care work for you. I want this complaint sent up to your corporate office. I've heard this over and over when about Lowes and should have known better, that is the reason that this past summer I purchased a freezer from a local appliance center but thought Lowes surely would improve customer service. I'm very disappointed that you don't have good service as promised. Now I'm sitting here with two dishwashers in my kitchen.
Desired outcome: I've now called and paid for installation and hauling off old appliance, I would like the installation expedited, I don't want two appliances in my kitchen not neither connected, for another 2 weeks.
