Red Roof Inn

I stay at the red roof inn at 1006 w calton rd
Laredo, tx 78041 one weekend a month for about a year now. We usually leave before the sun comes up, this time we decided to stay but asked for a late check out.
At 11am the staff is banging on the door asking if we're checking out, we said "yes". 11:15 comes and they're banging on the door yelling at us. We said "we were packing up". By 11:20 I open the door right before she knocks again with bags in my hand. I said, we're checking out now. She starts yelling at me. When I get to the front desk in the lobby, the lady behind the counter starts berating me I front of other customers trying to check in. Apparently, on yelp, other people have complained about their rudeness. This is not an isolated incident. Please address the matter because they are going to cost you customers.
