Hello old and new but I will try to make it short. Kept over charging my card and attitude issue, now unless you're a man she likes cause that day she followed my cousin man outside the store thought he was fenna talk with her and left store unattended and when she saw my cousin and I outside she tries to play if off with a stupid conversation and I wasn't going to bring this situation up but since I haven't visited that store in a while and to see this store customer svc. Act was poor and is a major problem now I should address it because the door always broke and scary looking but i'm starting to see we must have the wrong manager for this store11538 they can't seem to keep the store in order plus, I hear other customers say negative things and I mention to them that if you don't have no manager to help then what other option besides try to go higher command so here I am I try not to complain but today was so stunning I have no choice but I can talk better about this situation so excuse me if you get lost.. Like I said I hate to but we need real help in this situation/area I told the manager that it alot of item that has the wrong price and ringing up wrong but she did not have a concern.. So now I got to waist my valueable time to reach out for help that I should not have to go threw so im here and hope this help everyone to pay more attention... Store sre ringing up the wrong price then what your price tag say ;ps I took the tag to her and she still left the store without even trying to correct it at all. [sos] are area#11538
Desired outcome: ,very unprofessional front of customers,rude,manager, didn't fix receipt as asked instead/that it's her family dollar, do as she pleases&.I now need action to resolve this?manager overcharged &cuss me,I will contact corporate. seriously
