Whataburger

First of all I'd like to say that I have been eating Whataburger for over 40 years, which should say how much I love it. But lately I have been getting not what I ask for when ordering.

On November 26,2022 at 11:19 PM My husband and I went to one of our local Whataburgers. It was not busy at all. One car in front of us and then one other showed up behind us in the drive thru. we ordered what we always order, One #2 NO ONIONS with extra lettuce. and One #2 NO ONIONS with cheese whata sized..

We get home and as soon as I take the urgers out of the bag I can smell them, the onions. I am highly allergic to onions which is why my husband does not order a burger with them as well. So the onions are in my burger and on top of that there is no extra lettuce. Needless to say I had to throw the burger away. you may ask why not take it back... well its not worth the time, gas, and hassle.

Now normally I don't like to complain, but this is like the third time in a months time that this has happened. Not sure if the staff just don't care or what is going on. I do know that the car in front of us was also having issues.
