I've purchased several blue dwarf gouramis and they seems to die rapidly and frequently and when I go to the store to complain they try to blame me for it. Then they lied about my water quality claiming that the nitrates in the water was over 40 ppm. Then they told me that they couldn't sell me saltwater fish without a water sample test.
Desired outcome: Apology and better customer service, discipline employees
