I am paying for a room for a week at Intown suites Jersey Village 1-3125FM1960. The room was filthy the day the guest arrived and has not been cleaned properly since then. Housekeeping has an attitude and the manager seems to be incapable of taking care of the problem. I have asked that the supervisor compensate me for a night or two because of this nightmare and have not gotten any response from the manager.
I'd like to resolve this matter ASAP.

Desired outcome: My deposit of $50 returned which was promised and another $100.00 taken off the bill
