Cash America Pawn - Manager Alexis is constantly rude to me

I am a regular customer at Cash America in Joshua, TX. The store address is 444 N Broadway, Joshua TX 76058. The manager Alexis is constantly rude to me and I always spend at least 30 minutes in the store even for a simple transaction because Alexis insists on bringing her kids to work all the time. This does not feel like a professional atmosphere and not very friendly. I'm pretty sure the other employees are rude to me because they see how she treats me. Will be filing more complaints. Do something fast because I'm starting to video record this lady's behavior and I have video proof that your store seconds as a daycare.
