The UPS Store

I've been working in the same shopping center for four years and have recently noticed a decrease in friendliness among UPS store employees. My regular clients who drop off their packages there provide me with this information. Not to mention that they never open on time and always have a line outside. There was a line this morning because they were supposed to open at 9 a.m. but did not open until 10 a.m., so a client brought their box into my facility, which is inconvenient for everyone due to the size of our lobby. Another client stated that the employees are extremely rude, so she no longer uses that location, despite the fact that it is just down the street from her house. A UPS employee was walking in front of all the businesses not long ago, screaming on the phone to someone and using profanity. This type of behavior should not be tolerated in front of other businesses. This is UPS store 4340 at 5535 Memorial Dr.
