I was allowed to rent a bed for 1 week which I was grateful as they normally only allow 2 weeks. I paid up front understanding I needed for the week of February 15, 2016. I went into the store on monday, 15th and was told it might not be able to get delivered tuesday because the were booked. I said ok, wednesday would be fine. When leaving I was told they would make it happen to deliver the bed tuesday 16th, no bed, I called at 4:30pm and was told they could not do it but I would be the first one wednesday, no bed, I called all afternoon, kept being told it was on the way, no bed. I called Thursday morning and manager said he was not sure what happened, would find out, never received a call back. I called, manager never explained what happened but it would be delivered. I finally received it on the 17th, late evening. My guest was with out a bed for 2 days. I am upset that I was being lied to and never given an explanation. Also to get the bed picked up was another hassle. I was willing for them to pick it up on monday 22nd even if I did not have it for the full week. Lies again. As of 24th still no pick up. Will never use RAC again. Would like a partial refund but know it will not happen.
