Rainbow Shops

On July 29th, I tried to purchase some last minute outfits before my departure to the Caribbean's. It was 8:30 and the doors were locked. The employees in the store said they were closed. However, its been numerous times when the store is closed sooner than operating hours. I typically don't mind and I go next doors to Ross. But, it frustrates me when you need to buy a few outfits you had in mind already and can't find anywhere else
