I went to 12411 kuykendahl location in Houston TX with my wife, who is a healthcare worker, to buy Newport cigarettes as we live close and were consistent Newport purchasers. I was told i couldn't redeem my mobile coupon after pressing the redeem button when paying for my cigarettes. Which only can be used 1 time at the store location and only gives 5 minute grace period to scan. I complained cause the sign on the door states mobile coupons accepted. I was then refused service all together when i asked for a manager or contact info for a manager. This is rude and a down right unacceptable practice of bait and switch.
