Jack In The Box - I am very confused

Hello, I went to the location at 11234 Airline Blvd in Houston, Texas at about 9 PM last night. I have dined there before and enjoy the place. The dining room was closed due to the covid 19 issue so I went to the drive thru. I was riding a brand new ebike. I got no response from the speaker so I went to the window to place my order. I was told by the young lady at the window they would not take my order & asked me to leave. I am very upset over this and thought you should know. I am 65 years old and a member in good standing in my community. I also write reviews for Google & Yahoo. I can only assume that location is doing so well they have all the customers they need. I most likely will never visit that location again. If the policy of Jack in the box is anti earth friendly transportation please inform me so I can let my thousands of readers know. Thanks for your time.
