H-E-B - Felipe carrillo

I over heard this individual speaking to the employees in the Produce section. He belittled his employees and spoke them as if threatening them. After he left I walked up to the two employees he was yelling at and ask them what was felipes promblem. I got his name though the employees. They told they where afraid of him and where scared to report him because nothing would be done about it. They were also scared of getting fired by him. This person does not know how to speak to he employees. I have advised the employees to start recording him. I will continue counseling this employees.

H-E-B - service desk

I went to the HEB location at Vintage Park Market H-E-B
0.07 miles
10919 LOUETTA RD
HOUSTON, TX 77070-1667
to cash a small payroll check. I never got the cashier/clerks name, but she works behind the service desk, has kind of an European or Irish accent. She has short blonde hair, about 5'5 in height. I handed her my check along with ID and SSC, because I'd never cashed a check there before so I wasnt sure what was needed. She asked was it a payroll check, I said yes. She looked at the check front to back nearly four times before looking up at me saying, " have you tried to have it cashed else where?" I said yes at Krogers. She then told me that she couldn't cash it because I was written on by the person at Krogers! The person at Krogers wrote my DL# and DOB on the top of the check along with initials. I asked the cashier, weren't you going to write the exact same thing on the check? She said yeah, but technically the check has already been "endorsed" by the Kroger cashier, you have to take it back there! I said, no I'm not taking it back there because they told me something about the check or company not being in their system. I continued with, it doesnt make sense to me that you cant cash my check because it's been "endorsed." I have actually endorsed the check here on the back. The cashier began talking over me and using her right hand to jester and speak with as she was intent on making it clear to me that when she trains or something blah blah blah, I cut her off, because I seen her irritation at having to explain and I was irritated at having to listen to what sounded like nonsense. She wouldn't even try to clear the check, felt like she just want me to take whatever she wanted to tell me and leave. I told her, "Uh huh, I dont care, I wanna she your manager!" She paused in some weird stare, then whipped around, and out the door from behind the service desk. She speed walks toward the right around through checkout aisles and people and disappears. I go up to a cashier and ask, what do your managers here look like? What do they wear? She said a blue shirt. I turn and look over the tops of peoples heads for a manager, and find one. I go up to her and tell the situation with my check and what happened. The manager then says, ok, let me go talk to one of the hiring managers. She then walks off But has at least 3 other people talking to her trying to get answers about something. I go stand back in line at the service desk, and there is the short haired blonde euro irish sounding lady behind the service desk again. She sees that I'm eyeing the manager and waiting for he to come back to communicate with me and the manager looking over at me!. All a sudden, she says, ma'am, let me see your check, I'll go ahead and try it! I looked her in a are serious look. All that for what you could have just done in the first place? She does some quick thing behind the counter and turns her screen to show me that there is something called system 8 or something that says I cant cash my check. I didnt bother to ask what that meant, I just took my stuff and left because I was pissed at how please this lady looked that she had proof she could cash my check. Like I dont beshe tried still, she just found a way to make me leave!. I've been shopping this HEB for about 2 years, never had any feelings of a person not wanting to help or with lack of patience, or that talked over me, or wouldn't listen, or made me feel like just by trying to cash a check, I was up to something or doing something wrong! It's a goo thing there another HEB close by, along with other grocers.
