I had called on 3/19/19 to report our incident at Extended Stay America on 3/16/19.
I spoke with Ivan and I still have not received a call back. I have been waiting and do not understand why i have not received a call.
1) Trash can was overflowing with trash
2) coffee bags were spilled in drawer
3) restroom was dirty
4) no towels in restroom
Tried to get towels before event we were attending. entered office and there was a long line. I waited but at the same time we noticed we were not given parking pass to put in car. Hotel was selling parking spaces for the event that was across the street. I mentioned to front desk worker and told him i needed towels. He said i would have to wait till later because he had a long line. well we noticed that closing time was 11pm an we knew we would be back after 11pm. I decided to wait in line to try to get towels. once it was my turn, front desk worker said he could not help until later. he needed to attend to the other quest in line. front desk worker was very unprofessional. location was understaffed but worker was rude an we asked to speak to manager an he said he was not going to let us speak to the manager. Front desk worker had a attitude not just with us, but the other quest who were there.
