On 02/04/2024 I checked out on the self check out at your HEB store located at 613 s. Expressway 83, Harlingen, Tx.. I believe store #02/291 from the receipt. It has check out 92. I was approached by your employee after I asked for assistance. Her name Brenda after I asked as she was not wearing a name tag. This employee was very confrontational and rather arrogant. I am 77 years old and was offended by her behavior towards me. After having trouble with the check out I asked to have my purchase cancelled. She completely ignored me and proceeded to charge me for the item. This is not contusive of customer service. What's even more alarming is that she was training another employee.
Desired outcome: That the employee be made aware of how her behavior affects customers and for you to take whatever action if any you need to take.
