I’ve been to the 5101 haltom city road Tx location multiple times over the last few weeks, my biggest complaint is the new manger “debra” has left two employees to work a busy alone while still having on clock, she either is in the office not helping the line shorten or she’s outside smoking cigarettes & making conversation. Secondly I’ve overheard her speak/gossip very poorly about her employees to each other. Lastly Friday I unfortunately walked into a situation where the acting manger Debra has accused an young “African American” employee of stealing 1500$ without proof or action behind the allegations, I was able to ask an employee with the name tag “Ginny” what was going on and she informed that the young man went to clock in for his shift, happened to notice he was being watched on the playback camera, the employee told me she watched the playback personally with another employee with the name tag “Johnny” and didn’t see the young man take anything on camera from the register, it’s a very unfortunate situation, because now the young man is no longer works there as I was informed today.
