Thursday, September 19, when receiving our Flu Vaccinations, we presented our New Medicare Card and Number.
However, the Pharmacist was unable to render the Vaccination w/o us furnishing our Social Security Number.
We made the mistake to furnishing her our Social Security number, to get the Flu Vaccinations, as we should have declined it, and are now very much worried about this happening.
Can you give us some explanation as to why this happened, and that our Social Security No. has not been hacked.
