VCA Animal Hospitals - care if my pet that resulted in death

My dog got in a fight with my other dog. I took her in for her injuries. Dr Campbell kept her all day and stitched and stapled her up. Her injuries were mainly in her back legs. When he discharged her she seemed like she was in a lot of pain even though he said she was on pain meds. She was also still bleeding a lot from the injuries he didn't stitch. She threw up in the car on the way home. It was black like tar. I turned around and took her back to have him check her. He said she was fine its was from the anesthesia. I got her home and she was panting and could barely move. She also just laid there on her bed and had a bowl movement. I called him 3 times after being home to tell him what was going on. He said she would be fine she's probably dehydrated and I could bring her in the morning if she wasn't better and he would put her on an Iv. I asked him several times do I have anything to worry about. He said no. I asked him if he checked her vitals. He said yes and everything was normal. My little Roxy died 10 minutes after being at home. His lack of knowledge killed my dog. I took her to an ER vet to verify she had passed and the vet there said it could of been prevented.
