First the good. All of the managers in this location are VERY tentative, fast, helpful and polite.
Every time a newby starts, it has to be with an out of control attitude seems like.
I went inside to purchase someting today, 11-30-19. 4:15 pm.
A young girl, I never seen before, hands me the item, which I pay for, and I wait for my receipt, since seems like we have to ask for that now days, it is never offered.
She stares at me with raised eye brows (what else do I want look) askes; receipt? I said yes. She gets annoyed and throws it at me, very rudely!
She at best should be a stocker or mopping the floor, not facing customers with this attitude!
RaceTrac - poor business ethic and cleanliness
I go to racetrac everyday for coffee, cigarettes, breakfast, and even gas from time to time. I know that working with the public can be difficult because everyone has a certain expectation of how customer service should be given.
My standards aren't that high I honestly just have one expectation... That a 24 hour store be open 24 hours. I have went to location on more than one occasion in the past few weeks and the store is closed. I know that maintenance is needed to make store operate correctly.
Maintenance is important I understand but isnt your store policy 24 7? I would assume the window would still be open. Am I wrong?
The other complaint I have is the stores cleanliness. I went to the store tuesday am for breakfast and when I reached inside donut cabinet there were ants inside. I mentioned it to the associate and she acted as if I was inconviencing her bc she was chatting with a coworker. I know that racetrac is better than this.
