Monarch Dental

I visited monarch dental over 2 weeks ago to get a cleaning. After being there 1 hours I was told I needed a doctor release. No one called me to follow up with my requested services. I called a week ago and the office mgr said she would call didn't. I called today and same excuse and was asked to call back tomorrow. Very unprofessional and not a pleasant experience at all. Disorganized and seems to lack communication and follow up skills. Only receive x rays and never was contacted on why I originally came there. I would never refer this office and this has been the worst dental experience of any competing dental office I have ever been to. It was just convenient due to my location. Is it to much to ask for a cleaning? Obviously Here it is but not to much to charge my insurance for x rAys. Very disappointing!
