Whataburger

This address 3313 S Cherry Ln, Fort Worth, TX 76116 should be avoided at all costs. It is the worst disorganized whataburger I've ever been to. The drive thru lanes backup and the customer service inside is terrible. It's like some of the people don't care to talk to customers or are scared to. I sat for 20 odd minutes for a order I ordered 10 minutes ahead of time. These people need better leadership because it's sorely lacking at this store. I do not recommend going here. It's like this everytime and I will be going to better whataburgers elsewhere. I got in my car at 11:22 am and the order was placed at 10:47 am and the drive is 8 to 10 minutes to the store. The last time I came here they lost my order.
