Jack In The Box

On 05/29/2023 I went to Jack n Box on John T White Rd in Fort Worth Texas in the drive thru and I made my order got to the window and I didn’t get what I order and the Mexican lady tried to argue me down stating that I didn’t order that but I had my order written down on a piece of paper but she act like she didn’t understand n want to see my order so she gave me cold food n didn’t make my son Oreo shake like I requested it and told me they can’t put Oreo toppings on my son shake n then half filled it like she didn’t want to make it I had a very upsetting visit cause I wanted my food I order n I didn’t get it very satisfied customer so I didn’t get my 2 Ulimate Cheeseburger 1 with grilled onions and the other just plain and add mayo n ketchup I will report them until I get my refund back!
