Home Depot

I ordered two bathroom vanities with sinks on 7/26/21. The ship date said delivered in store by 7/31/21. They were purchased on two separate orders. The tracking info states one vanity is sitting in Dallas and the other in sitting in Fort Worth. The ship date now states 8/10/21. I called and spoke to Home Depot customer support. No support at all. She called the shipper, Estes. They never answered the phone. I asked why it would take almost 2 weeks to drive two vanities that were in same city. She had no answer. If I had know the true shipping date I would have ordered my cabinets thru Amazon with a guaranteed ship date because they use their own shippers, not some unheard of shipper. Very disappointed with Home Depot. Do not plan on buying anything from their store again. I will use Lowe's.
