I was put on a medical bet rest due to my pregnancy. I took my Dr note so I can stop my payment since I could not use the gym. Was told my membership would be frozen in October. However was only for November. After I was being billed. I tried to talk with manager Sergio. However he was just rude and could not care. I wasn't even told I could cancel the account. It has been just stressful trying to get back in the gym after having my baby.
