General " Manager" needs to learn hospitality. U was told by this awful manager that I'd be escorted off property because I didn't accept the rate? An Ambassador Elite member? Worst way to start the day. What an awful manager named Michelle Lopez! Yellow teeth bad breath and awful to customers

I shoukd get a full refund and an apology for this awful experience.
