I had an early dinner at your Texas Roadhouse ( Restaurant # 30003) on 501 East Trenton Rd in Edinburg, Texas on 11-1-19 at 3pm. My Server was "Don" and my SA was Fred. The customer service was excellent, food was great and the my beer was nice and cold, prepared as I requested it. I requested to speak with the Manager on the floor and the GM. I first spoke with SM ( Ms. Sandy) she was courteous and professional at all times and informed her of my KUDOS to her crew and my satisfaction on my food and beverage needs. I also requested to speak with the GM ( Mr. Sergio), he arrived to our table and also informed him of how well all the staff stated above were friendly, courteous and professional to their assigned duties. Hats off to the cooks and the bartenders. I always choose the excellent rib-eye steaks at the Texas Roadhouses.
