Mike Rodriguez was very rude, he said he would not help us anymore if we continued to stop the store to ask if the battery part had come in, the incident happened back on August 15, 2022. and to this date the part they said they ordered has not arrived we are now in February 3, 2023. My car is not very reliable without this broken part, I am afraid my car will stall on me on the busy highway and its very dark when I get out of work, Ofcourse, Im scared! He Mike, refuses to tell me why my part that they broke while changing my battery is not here after 7 months...
