Terrible Service and they Lie to your Face
I have been patronizing the location at 3105 Forest Ln, Dallas, TX for 6 years. I will no longer order anything there for myself due to the terrible service but, my young son wants some offerings so I continue to patronize this godawful POS whataburger for him. The problems I have encountered here are too numerous to recount. I will relate what happened this morning. Went through drive through. Ordered 2 Iquitos - egg and cheese only. The employee said "2 bacon and egg Iquitos". I said "no. Egg and cheese only, no potato, no bacon, no sausage." when I got to the register the clerk said "2 bacon and egg Iquitos". I said no. Egg and cheese only. She looked at the receipt and said okay, these are egg and cheese only. I was late to a doctor's appointment. I handed her the money and started driving home to take the breakfast to my son. I looked at the receipt. It clearly said "bacon and egg - no cheese". I did not have time to go back to the store. The Iquitos were bacon and egg. She lied to my face. Similar experiences have happened over and over and over for 6 years. These people are awful. Terrible. Worst service on the planet. Whataburger lies. They're awful. They suck.
