I purchased a battery from Firestone (1430 Greenville Ave, Dallas tx 75206) on 2/19/22 with a 3 year warranty. This month my car battery was acting up ( I got a message on my car staying that I needed to check battery). I called Firestone to bring my car in and they said they couldn't see me until the following week. I said okay and took my car in on 4/7/23 for a battery check and rotation and balance . When I went to pick up my car I was told that nothing was wrong with the battery and was charged 32.99.
I asked why I was being charged and was told it was for a battery check. I was under the impression that Firestone does FREE battery checks And that my warranty should cover anything regarding my battery acting up. I was told to pay the 32.99. I was also told that they could not rotate my tires, eventually I have a life time alignment as well.
I would like a refund for the 32.99 I paid and since I will not be using Firestone anymore given my experience I would like a refund on my alignment. Please send me an email where I can attached receipts for my purchases. Retail invoice is 102873 and 095203, phone is [protected]/ Mercedes
