I bought and electronic game system and had it not even 24 hours. It didn't work properly and returned it. Was told I couldn't return electronics open. Is that correct.
I disputed this and said it was defective what was I to do. They said it's clearly posted we do not accept opened electronics. I said well I need at least store credit. That's what I got although I needed nothing else from store. So your telling me if we as consumers buy an electronic item and it is not winding we are screwed.
