College Station Location:
This morning I went to the drive through and was met with a obviously frustrated and short fused worker. I porceded to place my order when she interupted and said "why dont you just come inside". I asked if something was broken. I could hear the mic clicking on and off but nothing was said. She ignored me... after waiting a few moments I drove off for the Bryan location (Typically better)
Bryan Location:
Once I arrived at the Bryan location the staff was much friendlier and my order was taken with no issues. The only problem I had is that one I got home I realized that my order was missing two items that I paid for and added as extra. (Tortillas and Bancon)
This is incrediably frustraiting that both locations completly droped the ball this morning. I rarely complain about service or food in the manner but I am sick of continued sub par service from the College Station location in particular.
