Securus Technologies

My son is an inmate at the Jefferson City Correctional Center in MO. I send him money to send me email and he sends me email, I receive a notification that I have email, but there is no email in the Inbox in the EMessaging part of the Securus site. As all the other folks have stated, you cannot get any help from this company. I'm not sure how they get a good rating from you when they have countless lawsuits against them, many of them class action suits alleging all sorts of bad acts. This company runs on greed and they don't care one bit whether you get what you pay for or not.
