I am an interior designer and one of my most asked for colors has been agreeable gray. I just did a 3000 sf house and I needed one more gallon for touch up. It did not match. It should have been flat but it was satin. It was also lighter on the wall that was already painted. I asked for a different gallon and explained not only was the color wrong but the SHEEN was wrong. They basically told me it looked fine to them. I told him “I’m telling you it’s not the same” he said lady I don’t care what you tell me. That doesn’t matter! So I called corporate and they said basically the same thing. So from now on it’s Benjamin Moore. Brownwood texas location
