Sherwin-Williams - bad customer services

Hi,
I went to the store around 9:17 AM to buy some paint. Mr. Jerry was very rude doesn't have good customer service at all I didn't what was his problem I wanted to buy some extra paint and I ask him if have mix paints in the back for me to buy, with his attitudes he told me no someone had already buy all them . When come back to buy some paint. I see someone else getting them. Which mean he was saving them for someone else or the person his paying him to save the paints. It is not right and not fair it suppose to be first come first serve. I real appreciated somebody do something about that.

I walked into the Sherwin Williams on 1436 NW Leary Way in Ballard Washington on Sept. 5th, 2020 at 10:30 am to buy paint. I told the guy named Steve that I had bought a 5 gallon bucket of paint 2 weeks ago and needed more of it, the guy misunderstood what I said and thought I was there to pickup and started looking at the wrong computer screen, told me he couldn't find the order, then asked if I had ordered from the wrong location. I responded, "Am I senile or forgetful?, I'm sure I came here." Then this guy says I'm rude, if you continue with this kind of attitude, I can refuse to serve you, you can leave and go somewhere else. I apologized but he still refused. This guy is rude himself, it is poor business ethics to get mad at a customer! He is poor PR for the company!
