Freddy’s

We love Freddy's burgers and have been going for years to the one in Temple, Tx, so we stopped at the Brownwood location yday on 10-19-24 to get 4 burgers to go. We went in, placed the order and waited like 30 mins bc they were really busy. We knew to check burgers before leaving and sure enough they were not made right on 3 of them. Manager after already yelling at staff came over and started yelling at staff again for about 3rd time when She realized ours was wrong.
They remade them and yet again were wrong so at this point we are getting pretty mad. Literally took us 45 mins to get out of there and on 3rd try burgers were still wrong so we just left. The manager eventually just gave us some bacon to correct the last burger.
Had we not waited so long already would have just got a refund.
I found myself being torn between feeling sorry for the young staff and being mad at them and manager for yelling at them .
Will never step foot back in that location again!
Most pathetic operation I have seen in many years.
