Family Dollar - Store employee - management

Since I tried to contact by phone with no result hopeful this will reach you, I lived here in brazoria, Texas 77422 and I love the community I live in but this family dollar store is a eyesore to our community, everything you go in there, everything, still in boxes or boxes stack blocking the pass way shelves are a mess where everything not organize, floor not mopped, the odor of the place is from not cleaning the nasty floor. Merchandise still in basket not beening remove taken to proper place. The other day I spoken to assist manager she asked me did want a job because I told GJ os nasty and unkempt the place and she said it probably won't get better

Desired outcome: This is sad you need help and better manage who will work, not there for pay you need to get your district manager off their butt and check their store.myname Barbara Prince contact [protected]

Thank you for bringing this issue to light. BTW, as an old saying goes, "the proof is in the pudding", it's amazing to see that FD stores all across this country are not up to par. It's not a coincidence that all of the stores from state to state are getting bad reviews. When you think critically about it, it makes one wonder why, It can't be that lower employees/associates are all worthless all across America. not. It's the social corporate giant itself that is in need of a Dr. Oz, and when I say Oz, I mean the one at the end of the yellow brick road, they need brains

Exactly, well-spoken, great comment! Otherwise, not a thing will change, and the saddest part of it is, Family Dollar stores are constantly popping up all over lower-income communities, they would have us believe that it's a good thing, and younger citizens would believe that there are jobs opportunities with advancements, not. Family Dollar does not offer employee incentives, no opportunities for promotions, and/or educational funding for employees who wish to further their education. Family Dollar/Dollar Tree stores are not accredited by the BBB, and this should say a lot about its' persona. Business is business, and all family members invest their time, energy, and/or future in a business, everyone wants to be financially, mentally, and physically stable, nevertheless, as long as there are organizations like FD, many citizens will continue to suffer the hardships/the backlash of hardships and never see the new horizon, etc. What goes up, will surely come down, and like Humpty Dumpty, it'll never ever be put together again.
