First Convenience Bank [FCB] - Unprofessional branch supervisor

Branch Supervisor "Paul Gonzalez" has displayed nothing but unprofessional sarcastic condescending behavior since he has been employed at the Beeville HEB branch, many people including myself have mentioned the possibility of switching bank services. If something doesn't change the Beeville branch is guaranteed to lose customers in the very near future.

Desired outcome: A minimum of verbally address the situation asap or consider replacing the employee.
