To whom this may concern my daughters zhadiaya leger work in curbside department at the William Cannon store she has intellectual disability which means that she does not understand things or even graps things like anybody else would she has to be explained shown or even told what to do so she wouldn't have had any common sense to know that she had to use a poncho so that she wouldn't get wet if any one didn't tell her other wise the manager Jordan that was on duty today for curbside was in a poncho himself and three other employees had on panchos except for my daughter she had been at work from 2:30 p.m. all the way to 6:45 p.m. today in the rain drenched and soaked she was wet from her head to her feet she could have gotten really sick all because the management didn't think to tell her that she can put on a poncho so she wouldn't get wet I asked the manager Jordan why is she soaking wet and everyone else has on Pancho's including yourself he responded they're right there she could have put one on I cant make her wear one okay did you ask her did you tell her it was okay that she can put one on no you're inside you have a poncho and you're dry right but it's okay for her to get wet just as long as you stay dry that's very unprofessional and I do not like what happened or how she was treated today at all when someone has a disability I believe that y'all should take it in consideration and help them understand if they don't understand certain things about the job or anything to do with the job.. I feel that something should be done I'm not happy at all
