I went to Aspen Dental on Sam Ridley in Smyrna, TN 37167 back in 2021 for a teeth cleaning and other services. At the time I did not like the cleanliness of the office or the staff dentist so I left. I returned in 2023 to find that I had a credit on my account since 2021. I have insurance now and the Aspen Care Plan. I needed a partial and my teeth cleaned. I paid them what they stated was my portion of the bill. ($558.25) Paid on March 3/17/23. Insurance paid $1,544.00 Towards the $1,569.00 Charge. I asked seeing that I had no more procedures coming up other than the Scaling and the follow up in May 2023 I was toold that it would be $175.00 and they would then refund me the balance. Then I was expecting around $550 refunded. The system went down and I have been on hold ever since. I have spoken with Lacy at Aspen Dental in Smyrna many times and she stated that it is coming. Lacy told me that the cleaning was not suppose to be charged as it was part of the Scaling procedure and that the discount was not done correctly and that she would also put that in refund. I also spoke with Christina Welker at corporate and she stated that there was not a single request from Aspen Dental Smyrna on my behalf. So, on July 12, 2023 Christina Welker put in for a refund of $374.05 and to no avail I still have not received my refund nor do I know if Lacy ever put in for the credits on my account for the Prophylaxis adult or fixed the discount to be done properly. All I would like is my money that has been held hostage since 2021 and 2023 to be refunded.
Desired outcome: My money to be refunded ASAP.
