7-19-21 - Went to local branch located @ 1250 S Church St., Murfreesboro, TN & met with Mr. Dedrick Miley, Senior Relationship Manager, to draw from my Access 3 account. I agreed to a 20 year fixed @ 4.2% interest for a monthly payment of "approx. $324.00" per Mr. Miley. While checking my account on 8-4-21 I realized that Mr. Miley had made an error - I immediately sent him an email to which he called to say, "what did I mess up". My acct showed that Mr. Miley submitted the loan for 10 years instead of the agreement of 20 yrs, therefore, causing payment to double ($624). He acknowledged that he submitted it wrong to loan department & called back, later that day (8-4), to say "error had been corrected". So one can understand my dismay when, on 9-8-21, while checking account I found that payment for Sept. was still over $600.00. When I spoke to Mr. Dedrick [protected]@ 1135am he stated, "I'll check it out & get back with you in 5 min"…. He did get back with me 4 hours later. He stated he had spoken with his "manager" & offered me a new deal with a mo. Payment of $450.00 for 20 years @ 5.25%…..NO WAY. I advised him that I wanted original deal that was agreed upon on 7-19-21. I have, since, sent several emails to "his manager", Ms. Crystal Zimmerman, to date, has not acknowledged and/or responded. This is a serious error that Mr. Miley acknowledged & has caused me a great deal of stress & financial distress. I want this error now & will speak/email whomever I need to make this happen. Please let me know my next step in obtaining objective. Thank you.
