Steak 'n Shake

We brought in 35 people for dinner. We waited over An hour to place our order. We knew we would have to wait a little bit, however, we still never got our drinks. It was all water. Coach went up and asked what's going on and to see I we can get waters and he was laughed at! Like we said we expected to wait a little bit for food but this is absolutely unacceptable. The manager started saying " you brought in 50 people what do you expect". Unacceptable. We wanted drinks for the kids who just got done running a 5 K race. This place needs a new manager. Absolutely Aufwul.
