Workers aren't being given there breaks and days that they say they are unavailable for they are being scheduled to work on those days. For instance Sunday is a day alot of people say they want to worship this request is being disregarded. Workers aren't happy thus leads to the high turnover. Management is very poor. Workers have to put there phones away I understand, so why can't they be contacted on the business phone just briefly without it truly disturbing your day, long as the calls aren't consistent and long why bother worrying? I'm only submitting this to help save potential you might be losing soon. Poor Management is the key problem.
