When the checker's register in the line I was next in, failed, Manager Archie opened his register. He not only refused to check me next, he was verbally abusive, saying, " I'm not studying her [censored]." He proved that he doesn't want my business, my relatives, my friends nor my neighbors shopping in his store anymore. I told him I was next and he lost his temper. He then touched his badge and said, "I'm Archie."
I am just a little 72 year-old retiree who said nothing insulting to Archie. I didn't deserve his arrogance and disrespect.
