Kroger

Yesterday I purchased a bottle of wine and while carrying it into my house it fell through the bottom of the bag and broke on a tile floor causing a mess and small chip. After cleaning the mess I went back to Kroger and asked if they would replace it but they refused. I have had the bags to break before but never anything to break. You need stronger bags.
