I ordered a Furrion A/C. I was told it would be here on a Thursday and they would call me when in. No one called. I called them on Friday I was told it was on a pallet and I could get it on Saturday. On Saturday I received the A/C unit and Air box. I was told they would find the Thermostat and call me that day. No one called. I called them on Sunday to find out where it was, they told me it was on the paperwork but not on the pallets. They Emailed the distribution center and would let me know when it may come in. No one called. On Tuesday they called and said they found it. I picked it up on Wednesday it is in a ziplock bag. No box, no instructions, no wires just a ziplock bag. Last thing, when I ordered the A/C the parts dept didn't tell me I needed a Control Box. The Parts Dept doesn't seem to have a lot of knowledge about their products. No one ever called me back. Very poor communication and service. Photos available upon request.
