Dollar General

I went yet again to a Dollar General in Hendersonville and I remembered to take in my coupon. I spent way over the required amount, there was no expiration date and it could be used any day of the week. I handed it to the cashier/manager and before he looked at it “said it wasn’t good - only on Saturday.” I said the coupon doesn’t say Sat. only. He ignored me. I asked him politely to show me where that was on the coupon. He was annoyed but finally I asked him to just try it. So he did (although I am not convinced he typed in the right code) and immediately said “ it is no good”. I asked him why the coupons never work and he shrugged and just ignored me. I told him I would contact corporate and he shrugged again. I asked for the coupon back. I am tired of the coupons never working.

But even more, the store is an absolutely mess and the employees are not helpful and very rude.
