After making appt and having to reschedule my travel because couldn't get in very fast. I get to the appt and due to the pets age they said they couldn't see. My time is more valuable than a pet appt or I could just do myself. I dont appreciate having to make appt online fill out all the forms and then get there and be cancelled. The age was disclosed online. Everthing I filled out the girl checking me in filled out again... Do they not get a copy of all the extra work I had to do to begin with.? The manager didnt even come out to tell me. Poor service and the owner needs to review their staff. Little young girl they said was the manager... I will never ever be back and I will be sharing this terrible experience. Heck the last time I went I picked up the same dog and they had cut her hair sooo short.? Not at all what I ask... That should have been my sign to move on. So they see the dog last year and now cant? Die to age and or potential health. Really tell someone beofre they re arrange everything for the appt.
