Krystal

Me and my family went to the krystals in clevelqnd tn 04/27/2022 at 9:04 pm. We went inside to order and had to wait while everyone was walking around and nobody waited on us for a few minutes, when they finally came to take our order we were greeted with " yeah what you want. I ordered 24 krystals 8 with a lil extra pickel and mustard and the rest with only mayo and extra onions. Also ordered 3 drinks and I asked if the fries were fresh and was told yes thewy were so I ordered 1 large fry and 10 donut holes. When we finally got our order and got home with it there were no fries the 8 with extra pickels and a lil extra mustard there were so much mustard my mouth was burning and so many pickels I thought they had put hash browns on them so I couldnt eat them. The other krystals had a little bitty drop of mayo and hardly any onions at all. I started to walk out because me any my son got the very real feeling that we were not welcome there and some of the employees were acting very very spaced out j have worked most of my life dealing with the public either in fastfood or convenience stores in a managers position and most of the employees I would have sent home if not fired for their behavior and the way they treated us. I spent almost $40.00 in there for food I either didnt get or had to throw away. Needless to say I wont be going back.
